Digital and offset printing are the most widely used methods in the industry and usually, the choice between the two is made depending on the overall costs of the procedure, the quantity of prints that need to be produced and the type of substrate that needs to be used for each project.

The Heidelberg Dubai branch is a major provider of printing equipment in the Middle East region, offering solutions for both commercial and in plant printing. With the latest printers provided by this company, which have been launched this year, there is no need to choose between purchasing a digital or an offset printer anymore, since the benefits of both methods are integrated in one single system.

The new Linoprint CV and Linoprint CP were developed with improved features, compared to the previous similar printers that were replaced by them, being able to produce high quality black only, as well as color prints, and offering greater flexibility and efficiency even for lower quantities of prints, and also for a variety of personalized and hybrid runs. The machines can be used with a wide array of substrates, including structured coated and uncoated paper in all finishes and synthetic films, among others, in different format sizes, and offer the possibility of many marketable applications that have not been available in the same price class before. The toner used with these printers, also provided by Heidelberg, has a low temperature melting point, so that it is possible to produce the highest quality prints even on materials that are sensitive to heat, like plastic, for example. The target customers that these advanced printers are addressed to are companies who want to increase their volume of work and expand their applications and processes they provide.

The Linoprint CV and Linoprint CP are available with either the Printect Digital Front End system or with the EFI Fiery Front End system, both combining the latest technologies available on the market and being able to be used for a wide range of integrated digital and offset applications.

All of these, together with many other prepress computer to plate solutions, digital printing and sheet fed offset presses, as well as cutting, folding, die cutting, gluing and labeling post press systems, can be purchased from the Heidelberg Dubai branch. If you want to know more about the technical specifications and capabilities of any of their products, do not hesitate to contact them and ask them to answer to any enquiries you might have.
