First female printer in IMPZ installs machines

Print Central has installed a SM52-5LX, Suprasetter 105, TH 82, Polar 115 and Eurobind 1300.

This is according to the managing director of the Dubai-based IMPZ company, Tess Abraham.

Isra Middle East has installed a Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-2.

This according to the company’s client service manager, Zafar Amerjee.

The machine, which was purchased in November was installed at the Sharjah-based printing press in June.

Amerjee said: “Isra Middle East focuses on printing corporate greeting cards. Initially, we were using a GTO52 but we found that we were not getting the desired print quality from this machine so we invested in a SM52-2.”

The Saudi Arabia-based digital printer, Maher Daftardar Establishment (MMD) has opened its doors in the UAE. This follows its recent investment into a digital printer from Durst, the Rho 700 and a cutter from Zund.
