Magnate Ventures Ltd has purchased the HP Scitex XP5300 printer.

The Kenyan-based company, which was established in 1996, purchased the printer to attempt a move into markets offering new digital services.

Initially established due to the growing need for outdoor signage in the country, the company focuses on strategic advertising development, manufacture and installation of billboards, signage, point of purchase advertising, building wraps and more.

According to marketing director of Magnate Ventures Ltd, Robert Kinyanjui: “We needed a solution to increase our production capacity and develop new services. Only the HP Scitex XP5300 printer could meet these requirements.”

Kinyanjui added: “More and more countries are looking to improve their towns’ environments. They are also looking for innovative advertising media such as digital printing. With the HP Scitex XP5300 printer, we now have all the cards in hand to offer our customers a cost-effective printing service using low-cost media such as uncoated PVC and synthetic paper. Printing up to 4,000m, the HP Scitex XP5300 enables us to print super-wide jobs faster and achieve high-quality results within our customers’ budget.”

Since the installation of the HP XP5300, the company has developed and produced several campaigns.
