Manufacturers of cylinder screen printing machines, Sakurai will host the official European launch of their revolutionary MS110-DDS production unit at Fespa 2017.
The new system introduces Sakurai’s technology offering improved sheet edge accuracy with an optional CCD Camera Sheet Alignment System.
The system allows for large sheet printing with a maximum sheet size 1140mm x 788mm, and to supplement flexibility and printability on thin material and scratch resistance has been enhanced up to a thickness of 75 μm, which was previously considered to be very difficult for a cylinder press to achieve.
Claudio Moffa, Europe sales manager said: “This is our second generation of servo-driven screen printing press, which also introduces our new gearless direct servo technology which enables high quality printing without backlash. This amazing system was launched in Japan at our open house in April. The response from our customers has been tremendous. This has already led to a number of orders as the machine adds tremendous productivity, whether you are a graphic printer, a heat transfer printer, or an industrial printer. We were excited to show this machinery for the first time at FESPA in May.”
