Brandtjen & Kluge (Kluge) demonstrated several NEW finishing equipment solutions at PRINT 17. Advancements in die cutting, foil stamping, digital foil transfer, UV coating and folding and gluing was on display at PRINT 17.
Discussing the products that was on display on the Kluge exhibit at PRINT 17, Kluge CEO Michael Aumann commented: “As the digital print market continues to evolve there is a growing demand for converting equipment that matches digital print formats and workflows. The Kluge products at PRINT 17 represent powerful solutions that can address challenges that printers and converters face each day due to the unique nature of digitally printed products.”
“During the event, we showcased products like ApexFoil, Digital Metal, OmniCoat 3000, OmniFold 3000, and TXR-1100. The key properties of foil stamping are simple to identify: Time, Temperature and Tonnage. Leveraging the benefits of the digital print workflow, the Digital Metal process allows digital transfer of foil onto paper and cardboard substrates. The OmniCoat 3000 roller coater evenly coats a wide range of substrates. The Kluge OmniFold 3000 Automatic Folding and Gluing System is a fully modular converting system designed.”
