API Group acquires AMP, Netherland

Foil and laminate manufacturer API Group has acquired Netherlands-based Amsterdam Metallized Products (AMP).
The deal completed on 1st December after talks started in the summer between API chief executive Dino Kiriakopoulos and AMP managing director Pim Honig. Financial details were undisclosed.

Gallus unveils new model

Gallus has taken inspiration from some of the design principles used in parent Heidelberg’s Speedmaster presses for its latest label printing press.

Atlantic Zeiser has launched Digiline Label Offline, an offline roll-to-roll label serialisation system.
