EFI has launched a new version of Fiery targeted at users of its Reggiani industrial digital textile printers.
The EFI Fiery Textile Bundle comprises new Fiery DesignPro Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop plug-ins and version 6.5 of the Fiery ProServer digital front-end (DFE) for high-quality textile production.
The bundle was made commercially available last month, following an introduction at the ShanghaiTex tradeshow in China.

Fujifilm and Xerox have agreed an industry mega-merger that will see Xerox become part of an enlarged Fuji Xerox, with Fujifilm holding a majority stake in the new entity.

The move comes just a year after Xerox split into two separate companies, and follows a period of intense pressure on the business with Xerox's largest shareholders calling for a change of leadership, and strategy, at the company.

Heidelberg has posted a first-half profit for the first time in a decade.
The world’s largest manufacturer of printing equipment announced details of new products and initiatives to increase future profitability at alongside its results for the six months to 30 September.

Xaar has announced two new partnerships as part of its ambitious 2020 growth plan.
