HP's displayed their HP Scitex Industrial printers, geared towards print service providers who want to produce high-volume, durable outdoor and indoor applications utilising a host of different media types. Also part of the showcase in SGI this year were advanced large format printing solutions from the HP Designjet portfolio, introduced to meet the changing needs of architecture, engineering, construction, mapping (GIS), MCAD and repro-house professionals.HP latex printing technologies on show comprised of the Scitex LX800 printer with production speeds up to 88m/hr. Alongside the LX800, the HP Designjet L25500 Printer both running on water-based HP latex inks.

HP also had a dedicated area from their 300sqm stand, demonstrating the creative projects achievable with latex technology and comprising of wall coverings, soft-signage, backlits and indoor POS/POP applications.

Other machines included Designjet Z6200 photo printer for photo labs, digital print shops etc, T2300 eMFP and T7100 designed for central reprographic departments in enterprises and reproduction houses.
