Ink manufacturer Sun Chemical will show the latest additions to its Streamline range of alternative inkjet inks and SunPromo family of solvent and UV curing display graphic screen inks at May’s Fespa exhibition in Cologne, Germany.

The Streamline range, which is designed for wide and superwide-format printers including Epson, Vutek, Roland DG, Mimaki and Seiko, are formulated to have matching colour and physical properties to those of OEM inks.

Streamline Ultima HPQ LO is an upgrade of the existing Ultima HPQ product, which now incorporates Sun Chemical’s low-odour chemistry. The ink, which is designed for Mimaki eco-solvent printers, combines high print quality with low-odour properties and is suitable for printers working in confined spaces.

Streamline SGX eco-solvent inks have been designed specifically to work with the high-performance thin film piezo printheads for the new Epson SureColor 70600 printer. This series also features Sun Chemical’s low-odour chemistry.

Streamline TBJ is formulated for the HP Turbojet and features significantly reduced energy consumption through improved drying performance. It also offers improved overall ink consumption and reduced overspray, which removes the need for cleaning between print jobs.

Sun Chemical’s ink ranges are suitable for commercial printers, digital print shops, exhibition printers, sign shops, screen printers and repro houses.
