Ajman-based Bin Omair Printing Press has installed Petrato Metro Folding & Gluing machine and Champion CAD 1060 Automatic Die Cutting & Creasing machine from Afra International JLT to establish packaging unit along with other printing services.

Speaking about the features of the machines, Mohammed Abdul Rahman, managing director of Bin Omair, “In this folding and gluing machine, it is possible to customize a machine to suit individual needs and requirements."

"This is achieved by adding the required modules such as feeders, folding sections, turning devices etc. This concept allows the user to produce the widest variety of applications. Several units can be connected and can be used to produce complex applications.” 

He further added about Champion CAD and Creasing machine, “This CAD1060 is designed to meet various request of printing and packaging market. After the strict assembly quality control, it has advantage of simple operation and safe reliable. 

Superior ability to adapts and convenient operation which makes machine work stable and safety even when machine speed reaches 7000 sheets per hour.”

He finally added, “We have have plans to expand in African regions and also to have a special unit for gathering and pure binding. In addition, we are about to receive ISO  certification to serve better.”
