Itec appoints new heads of departments. Document management and printing group Itec SA is implementing its renewed customer-centric growth agenda through strategic appointments to its management team. The company has appointed Daniel Lotter as head of bids and tenders for Southern Africa, including Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. According to the company, Lotter will focus on sales management, account management and new business development in his new role. Daniel Lotter, commented, "Part of my plan is to on-board the channel to have a unified message into the marketplace, driven from a customer-centric foundation. In the long-term, I aim to become increasingly involved in system development while introducing innovations that will improve operating efficiencies, service delivery and customer flexibility."
