What does the machine do?

MagnaJet 3212 is a large format solvent-based printer with 12 spectra sky walker head. It is used for printing on Flex Face Backlit, banner Front lit, Vinyl's, one-way Vision, Fleet graphics, Floor graphics, etc.

Why did you choose this particular machine?

The reasons to choose this machine are speed with quality. In comparison, this machine prints approx. 80 sqm per hour in draft mode and 40 sqm in quality mode. Its Spectra Heads technology and 50 pl drop size has an edge over other similar machines. We have checked the reputation of this machine and compared it with some of the similar brands and made our decision. As rightly said, "Quality and Reliability" at our budget range.

Did you look at other similar machines? And which ones?

Yes, we did and the recently held exhibition was a right platform to make the decision. We did compare some high-end machines and some mid range, and finally made our decision.

Which features do you particularly like?

The 12 spectra heads which gives desired quality and speed.

Is there anything you dislike or wish it had?

None.

How fast is it?

80 sqm on draft and 40 sqm on quality mode.

How reliable is it?

It is quite a reliable and a sturdy machine.

What is the quality like and what kind of response have you had from your clients?

Quality is amazing and clients loved it. Vehicle graphics is something new business for which we can be now assured of.

How easy is it to use?

Thanks to my staff / production team. They are all quite versed with the operations. Initial hiccups have been sorted out with the support of our supplier. Our production team is quite comfortable with the usage.

How much time or money has it saved?

It's a combination of Man and Machine. With the sincere efforts of our team and with the production capacity of the machine, we have delivered jobs to our clients in real tight situations. So in a way, we are in the process of quick recovery of our investment.

Would you say that it offers value for money?

Definitely it is value for money.

Were there any difficulties experienced during the installation or after?

None to mention. We have known about the machine, and its installation process. We had no issues whatsoever.

Has it won you any new work?

Yes, we did and also we are in process of bidding. As they say "A satisfied client by word of mouth generates more business directly or indirectly".

What about the pre- and after-sale service?

We are quite satisfied with the service and feedback from the distributor.

Who do you think it is suitable for?

It is suitable for any company venturing in the print business. It can be an asset to print establishments.

Under what circumstances would you buy another?

Yeah, It's a good question.. But lets all wish for a good 2012, and hopefully I should be going for new one, if job demands and if God wishes.

This machine is very ideal for any Digital Printing service provider or any beginner in the Printing Industry.
